Task 1: Scenario This is the scenario of my Organization where I was prevailing as a member of Sales Executive in Meeras export & Co. This was a partnership firm continuing its piece of work from last 20 years consisting of four partners, administration staff, founder and marketing surgical incision, three solicitors and fifteen employees. My job was to communicate the Partners and work on puff up them out with appropriate solutions regarding the improvement of various short letter strategies in the field of instruction, human resource, finance and marketing, as well as administration. All kinds of Organisations rely on managers to help meet the work experiences of others are productive and satisfying. Managers must act and conceive of in the right ways and must do so even as great changes takes place in the environment (Wood et. al. 2006, p. 4). The manager controlled the management discussion section of this organization without whatso ever body structure or tonicity standard in place nor any responsibility towards the geological formation. His managerial skills and style was unstructured. The firm incomplete had any strategic plans nor had any ideas regarding the succession of the business.

There was withal work load crush on the administrative department as well as the finance and marketing department which did not have any arrangements for dividing the work load in the team up. They increased their work efforts and dog-tired extra time in the organisation but were obscure by the higher and the elderly levels of the organisation. Furthe rmore, there was problem arising in managing! poor performance and team development, talk barriers, poor communication and working towards a crude goal.
